I returned from a Florida bird trip in late February, visiting the southwest side along the Gulf Coast. I spent considerable time on Sanibel Island, visiting Ding Darling Refuge as well as the Venice Rookery, Corkscrew, Everglades and a few other spots. The birding is incredible in Florida if you know where to go. I believe that I got some of my best bird pictures ever on this trip. Although we had some extreme weather conditions during last December Bosque trip in New Mexico, we had a great time with a great group of folks and came away with some great images. Click here to view and few shots of the Bosque tour.
