Burrowing Owl

I returned to the area of Othello, Washington, a few days ago and finally got a few (actually a couple hundred) pictures of a burrowing owl.  I only saw one, which was atop a signpost posing for quite a while in the 94 degree heat of mid-afternoon.  I know there were others around, and I did scout the area for them, but this bird was the only one I saw.  I also got shots of yellow-headed blackbirds as a nearby marsh, along with an egret.  More to come.

I have set my 2009 workshop schedule as well as my 2009 exhibit schedule

For those you who would like more information, I do have PDF files for each of my tours, which I can pass on to you.  Also, any images that you view on the website are available as fine art prints.  For sizes and prices check here.  I also have a news page entitled Black and White, which are some of favorite images that are created in the old-fashion way.

Thanks for tuning in.
